 Services include inventory, preparation, and set-up for the sale, advertising preparation, mail-list service, summaries of all sale activity and balancing of generated funds. Additional services are available such as appraisals, detailed inventories and contracted services (i.e. mowing, cleaning, etc.).
We will provide a licensed food service vendor for sale-day. The seller may elect to have their own group (a charitable or family group) offer food service. If the seller selects this option, they must be aware that new state health laws adhere strictly to special food-handling specifications and spot-inspections at auctions are common. There is no cost to the seller for us to provide this service.

Lead time for advertising is a minimum of 10 days

Local advertising reaches the majority of southern Indiana (Monroe, Lawrence, Orange, Greene, Brown, Owen, Martin, Morgan, and Jackson Counties).

Advertising for specialty sales may be done in regional or national trade publications if desired

We provide free internet advertising of the sale

Advertising fees are for “cost-only” and reflect only the actual charges obtained from the provider.
There is no additional cost for advertising preparation.
